Streamline with Software

We are starting to warm up for summer, and the housing market is still hot, but since inventory is still an issue and interest rates are slowly rising, we may have some time that we haven’t had in months. Let’s put this time to good use by improving our skills and service to our clients.  

As Title and Escrow professionals, we know that our biggest challenges are “not having enough time, juggling too many responsibilities, and finding new ways to generate business.”  As Escrow agents, we are expected to bring in new business while managing day-to-day file processing work.  To help you accomplish this, Real Advantage Title has partnered with Qualia as our premier escrow closing platform. I know some of you, who have worked with other title companies, have had to use multiple platforms to complete a single closing. Our team closes an average of 500+ files per month from our Utah team. This number will only increase. Qualia is helping us by making us more efficient, less prone to mistakes, and quite simply, better.

Software solutions like Qualia are necessary for streamlining workflows and automating processes; however, without proper training, the time-saving and efficiency benefits of software tools become null.  Two support options for you are (1) Qualia University which contains online learning tools, how-tos, and training videos; (2) I've also set up a weekly meeting called "Office Hours."
