As the Real Estate Industry moves into a more “normalized” state, I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your efforts over the past two years. You have all handled the long days, stressful situations, and seemingly, daily changes in our lives due to the pandemic with exemplary professionalism, and am extremely proud to be associated with all of you! I would also like to say how grateful I am that we are all in an industry that has flourished during the pandemic rather than reced. Many are not as fortunate as we and have been greatly impacted and their lives forever changed. Please keep them in your thoughts and, given the chance, help those in need, it will forever change your life! 

So, what’s in store for Real Advantage Title in 2022? Extreme focus on our people, company culture, internal growth, and communication. By focusing on those four things, external growth, profitability, and sustainability will follow, and opportunity will present itself. Although the market has slowed slightly due to rising interest rates, lack of inventory, and increased building costs, demand is still extremely high. I believe that Real Advantage Title is well-positioned to take advantage of the fore-mentioned conditions and continue our upward trajectory!
